It is our intention to provide every guest with a professional and therapeutic massage experience. The following policies serve as a guide for first-time and returning guests.
Since the therapist works by appointment, they do not receive compensation for missed appointments. In our commitment to outstanding experiences and out of consideration for the therapist's time, we have adopted the following policies.
Your scheduled session length includes time for your intake to be completed, for you to disrobe, and to re-dress. Please plan accordingly to maximize your time on the table.
Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled time. All sessions follow a specific schedule, and early arrival allows for a relaxed, unhurried experience. If late arrival is unavoidable, your service may be shortened and will end at the originally scheduled time.
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. This gives us enough time to fill the slot. Our booking system sends reminders via email and text.
Late arrivals will not receive an extension. The session will be shortened to fit the schedule, and the full fee will be charged.
Guests who do not show up without cancelling are still responsible for full payment.
It is customary to tip your therapist. Appropriate gratuity is 15%–25% of the full session price. Please keep this in mind when tipping on discounted sessions.
Please complete your online intake form before arriving. If you cannot do so online, a paper form will be available — but note this will shorten your table time.
Package discounts require clients to abide by all listed policies. Appointments not cancelled per policy will result in a credit being deducted. Packages are normally non-refundable; if a refund is granted, used sessions are deducted at the full individual price.
Your massage therapy records are kept in strictest confidence. All records are stored securely and accessible only for legitimate business purposes. Records will not be released to third parties without your written consent, except as required by law.
Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Unacceptable behavior results in the immediate termination of the session, and the guest will not be permitted to return. The full session fee will still apply.
